Hi all,
As I sit in my office looking at the equipment I have at my disposal, I got to wondering which item ranks as my favorite. I also pose this question to other members of videohelp.com.
My favorite item has to be my scanner. I used to own a Canon 8800F flatbed scanner. While I loved the scanner, it took quite a long time to scan many pictures when I was given a job that involved scanning said images. So not long ago, I purchased the Kodak Picture Saver PS50. It can scan 50 pictures a minute at 300 DPI. At the time of purchase, it came with a free flatbed attachment. It is pricey, but well worth the investment.
So again I pose the question: What is your absolute favorite piece of video related equipment?

My scanner. Although some may argue that a scanner is not particulary video editing equipment, I use it a lot for projects for my clients.

You might want to modify your query. Scanners aren't editors. They're scanners. At that rate, I could say that my keyboard is my favorite. Couldn't work without it.
