I made a vcd with chapters using tmpeg and vcdeasy, but the chapter stops arent exactly where I want them to be.
I searched the forum and found out about the "I frames" and "closed GOP".
Is there a way to encode my file in tmpeg to be able to get more precise chapters.

If you know where chapter marks are wanted beforehand, you can set TMPGEnc to specifically create I-frames at predetermined frame numbers.
