Hello,
I have demuxed a few DVD's and the level of the demuxed AC3 file is always so darn low. What causes this?
When the DVD or file that contains the multiplexed audio the level is fine.
Just something I wanted to ask and never did! Makes me wonder if I am doing something wrong in the process.
Thanks to all in advance,
J T

	it's probably a combination of:
 a. DRC is not used during decoding
 b. depending on the input some players automatically do audio normalization and/or drc/volume adjustments
