title is clear
it captured by a screen capturer
there are duplicated frames in the video
i need a program that generates frames and overwrites the duplicated ones
tvs can do that
they make 30 fps stream 400 or even 800 fps (hz)
so i need same thing for just laggy parts
please help

It's probably the filldrops script you'll want to (try and) use.
tvs can do that
it wouldn't so hard
