Video to Video Converter Help!!

Yesterday i downloaded Video To Video Converter for editing/cutting MKv Files... i want to Cut some video segments from Mkv File... so in tools option of Converter i choose Cut commercial n added movie then i select that segment which i wanted to remove then clicked on OK...it asked me to select the output..i chose Direct Stream Copy(as i didn't want it to reencode the movie)...then i clicked on convert button..then nothing happened ..i tried it on other files also but still not wrking.. any help ?

Cutting is very fast. Did you check the output folder?

I just tried it and it works fine, clicked on tools->split video, loaded a mkv, set start and stop, add segment, ok, choose direct stream copy, click convert, check the output folder.
