I have a dvd and i rip him with virtual dub, but i want to change something in subtitles... can somone help me...

Explaining how you ripped a DVD with Virtualdub would be a start. Did you CAPTURE it with Virtualdub? That process will not yield subtitles, unless they are turned on during capture, which will give you embedded, non-editable subs. Well, you can edit them, with a lot of time and hassle which is EASILY avoided.
Use a real ripping tool. Search in tools, on the left. -
Convert the dvd image subtitles to text first, use for example subextractor.

I try this subextractor, but they did not get the subtitles, but the subtitles are in the movie.

Are the subtitles burned in the movie? Can you deselect them in a dvd player?
