Hi,
I prefer lossless audio tracks since the day I first heard the Dolby TrueHD track of The Dark Knight some 6 months ago. Since then I've been purchasing Blu-Ray discs and borrowing Blu-Ray rips with lossless audio tracks from friends for 25Gb ripping.
My testing with these audio tracks has made me a fan of Dolby TrueHD which is mindblowing in clarity and details. DTS-HD HR/MA is too loud and LPCM tracks are not compatible with my Sony HT.
Now, here is my concern. Recently, I came across a rip of a movie with TrueHD sound while the original Blu-Ray release only had PCM 7.1 and Dolby Digital EX 5.1. This means that the ripper had converted PCM to TrueHD. So, I am looking for a software that would help me convert lossless audio tracks to other lossless audio formats. I want to convert all future rips with lossless audio tracks to TrueHD.
Thanks
P.S: I am using Windows 7 Ultimate x64
