Nero AAC error [URGENT HELP NEEDED]

After I updated my MeGUI and got the latest Nero AAC (1.5.4) I am having problems with encoding audio through Nero AAC HE (48kbps).
Surprisingly I can encode small video clips like samples of movies perfectly fine.... but when I try to encode the full length movie I get this error

You can try TAudioConverter.

Add your video to the list, select audio track above and select nero from the list at the right. Also make sure "Encode Audio" is also selected. You must specify neroaacenc.exe's path in settings window in order to be able to use it.

You can later mux encoded audio with the video from original file.
