Error Nero AAC - no HC

Hi, I am using Gotsent to convert .mkv's to .mp4 for my 360. I convert everything alright but I can't get it to use Nero's AAC Encoding thing. I copy all the .exe's that I was told and everything works fine but when it's re-encoding the audio using Nero's AAC Encoder I get this:
"Error during aac conversion"
It continues the re-encoding but I get (LC) Low-Complexity audio, I wanted High-Complexity? I also used xenonmkv but I get the result as Gotsent and a similar error. What can I do to get HC Audio?
