What is the best way to connect remote laptop VGA over a long distance outdoors to TV? I have a remote laptop connected to a Remote Operaing Vehical that is operating in the water. The ROV is tethered to the laptop showing Sonar imaging and live video imaging. I would like to send this live imaging from the laptop to the command vehical's TV. The distance from PC to TV can vary up to hunderads of feet. The application is for Underwater search and recovery team. I am looking at VGA cable or wireless trasmitter.
Thanks for any assistance.

Common way of doing it:
ROV -> Laptop -> Video stream creating/converting/uploading/serving app -> WiFi Hotspot ......... WiFi Receiver/Lan Router -> PC software or TV app that receives streaming -> (HDMI if necessary for PC) -> LCD TV.
