help required recording bpp.com video stream

Hi

I am using firefox and trying to record the following stream:

What could i use to capture the video and audio? i have tried using download manager but it does not allow me to download this file.

any help or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks for fixing the title.

I can download most streams from this site it's just the ones that end in .html or player.aspx files. I have tried changing the code to say .flv .swf etc but none seem to work

it looks like some weird swf flash slideshow/video. i'd say try using a screen recorder.

Would that record the whole screen or just the slides? It's got sound too, would that record?
