    i tried to use vob merge for an issue im having im running out of things to do but thats another post but i have 500gbs free space and i wanted to merge about 6gbs worth of VOB files but it told me i didnt have enough free space to do this??? how much space is required for something like that?

    VOBMerge has an issue with saving to a different drive from where the original files were. I don't have it on this machine, so I can't test it, but I recall something about having to have the source and target on the same drive or you get this space problem. It is a coding bug.

    As long as everything is done within the same folder, this turns out to be a wonderful little tool. I use it to merge multiple VOBs into a single file as an intermediate step in DVD-to-Divx conversions.
    If using the command promt doesn't scare you then you can accomplish the same thing like so

    copy /b "e:\path to dvd folder\VTS_01_1.VOB" + "e:\path to dvd folder\VTS_01_2.VOB" "e:\output folder\JOINED.VOB"
