Hello.
I am watching a serie called supernatural, and I need a subtitle of my own language to it. (Norwegian)
So I went to subscene.com, and I saw this guy "Xenzai" had posted a subtitle, and I tought good, it'll probably work. But guess what, it didn't work. I had 3 different versions of the torrent, none of them worked, so I tried to check the audio framerate, and it said 23.976. So I changed the subtitle file to framerate 23.976 too, but guess what, that didn't work either...
First 10 seconds it worked, but then it was to fast again, so I fixed it with the track synchronization in vlc media player, and it worked for 10 secs again, and then it didn't work. So I have to manually fix it every 10 seconds, which is not an option.
I really don't enjoy watching series/movies without a subtitle, so yeah, I hope some of you guys can help me out.
Thanks in advance.

I don't have an explanation for why timing would go out again after 10s each time, but (assuming the subtitle file you're working isn't seriously broken) you could try linearly adjusting all subtitles to start and finish with the first and last utterances in the movie, respectively.
Various tools do this differently, but in Subtitle Workshop 2.51:
- Edit > Timings > Adjust > Adjust subtitles...
- Set First spoken line to the start of the first utterance
- Set Last spoken line to the start of the last utterance
- Adjust!
