    Hello friends,
I have a movie which is m2ts x2.64 and is bluray rip
I added subtitle and made it bluray disk using tsmuxer and wrote on a DVD using Image burner.
It plays well and no problem it shows the subtitle ( thanks to this site with all the helps )
( I have Windows 7 and Installed MPC HC v1.3.1249.0, CoreAVC, and Haali splitter on my system)

    Problem:
Now when I put the same DVD on windows XP which I'v Installed all mentioned S/W, it doesn't show subtitle, in turn when I play it with MPC HC and right click on screen the subtitle option is gray(inactive).

so what you think the problem is?

  2. View -> Options -> Playback -> Output... in the DirectShow Video box select one of the output devices with two stars. Exit MPCHC and restart it.

  4. Audio sync: View -> Options -> Internal Filters -> Audio Switcher -> Audio Time Shift

You can also map keys for interactive adjustment while playing.

  6. That sounds like a problem with your source, not the player.
