I had no problems printing CD disc labels, using Nero's CoverDesigner, until I upgraded to v12. No matter what paper stock I choose, the print preview always shows the labels on the left side of the page, where they will print. I installed an old version od Click'n Design and printed a CD disc label without any difficulty, so my HP F4480 is not at fault. Below are the steps Nero v12 now requires. If anyone is using v12 (not an earlier version) and is able to correctly print CD labels, please share the secret. Below are the steps I used:

1. Take a deep breath.
2. File -> New Cover from Picture.
3. Browse to and double-click on the image (double page).
4. Select "Standard" in left pane.
5. Video tab -> Empty Document -> OK (ignore the single page).
6. Disc 1 (lower left of screen).
7. Insert photo quality paper in your printer.
8. File -> Print Setup -> select your printer from drop-down menu.
9. Properties -> Features tab.
10. From "Paper type" drop-down menu, select "More" -> choose type of paper used -> OK.
11. Print quality: Best -> Portrait.
12. Select print in color.
13. Check "Show preview before printing -> OK.
14. Paper size: 8.5x11 -> OK.
15. File -> Paper Stocks -> select stock used: expand "Neato CD Labels 2UP (Letter)" -> select upper or lower "Disc."
16. Accept default "Position (X/Y)" 48.819 mm/144.475mm -> OK. (I tried the user-defined option and changed these settings, but the print preview still shows incorrect placement.)
18. File -> Print -> Properties tab.
19. Preview -> Next Page (shows incorrect placement).
20. Elements tab -> uncheck all but "Disc 1."
21. Print.
