    MeGui Aspect ratio ?
    While re-encoding from 1080p mkv to 720p mkv, on a particular movie that is partly filmed in IMAX and 35mm the re-encode aspect ratio for the IMAX part is good but on the 35mm parts the aspect ratio is off, that part looks squished down.
    Any ideas why that would be?

    I solved the problem, i just disabled auto crop this time when i re-encoded it from 1080p to 720p.
    Seems fine now.
