  1. Hello.
I just used the guide for adding subtitles to a DVD.
I used Subtitlecreator to make the sup, but when I put it in the DVD, it has a delay in comparison with the original srt.
I have done this many times and I don't remember having a problem again
(I just tested some DVDs I had made in the past, and they are OK).

What's wrong? What i should do to my settings?

The specific DVD i want to make is a PAl one.

By the way, I open the SUP in DVDsubedit, and I don't see any difference in the timings.
    but a strange thing:
When i open the new DVD with my subtitles in DVDsubedit, although it shows the correct timing in the "current subpic info" (as in the original srt) , it doesn't display them in the video synced as it should.

  2. Tried it with a second DVD, and the same thing happened.
Timecode of the sup displays correctly in DVDsubedit, but the film isn't synchronised with the subtitles, as it is with the original srt file

Also tried txt2Sup and again, the same delay problem

  3. Any help please?
    I'm trying for 8 hours to find a solution but i can't..
I didn't have this problem before.. I wonder why i have it now..

edit: Also I wanted to add this , that i just found out:
When i open again the resulting SUP in subtitlecreator, the timings are perfectly fine, as in the original srt!
Then, maybe it's a problem of muxman that i use to mux the subtitles?
(although when i mux back the original demuxed subtitles of the DVD , they are fine again. there isn't any issue with them)
