Extract subtitles from m4v

Hello.
I have an m4v file.
How can i extract the subtitles from this?

the Mp4myBox gui doesn't work.

By the way, I can't see any subtitle tracks either with VLC, or MPC.
But when i open the file in mediainfo, it tells me there are subtitles in apple format:

hmmm... never mind.
I used Yamb to extract to srt.
And as it turned out, this wasn't subtitles, but a text file with the timing points of the Chapters.
