    VOB2MPG converted my VOB DVD music video to MPEG and works fine on my computer, but when uploaded to Youtube it is out of sync slightly. Why?

    What was the audio format of the uploaded video ?

    My guess is that it was compressed - probably AC3.

    Youtube converts everything. Sound-sync can be a big issue. I have uploaded Mpeg2 video with no sound-sync issues but audio was uncompressed.
