I just bought VOB2MPG PRO to save a little time converting my DVDs to play on my mobile phone. Unfortunately, the very first movie I converted (Wall Street R4 DVD) ended up with slightly out-of-sync audio starting around 57:30, which coincides with the beginning of VTS_01_4.VOB. I converted the video in various ways:

Original DVD > VOB2MPG PRO (default settings) > Super
Original DVD > VOB2MPG PRO (recalculate GOP) > Super
Original DVD > DVD Shrink (split VOB disabled) > Super
Original DVD > VOB2MPG PRO (default settings) > VideoReDo QuickStream Fix > Super

First two methods, audio is out of sync, but the second two are fine. The sync problem does not occur in the joined VOB/MPG but in the convered file after running it through Super. When I ran the QuickStream Fix on the VOB2MPG PRO output, it reported "Audio Frame Errors: 1".

This is a real bummer as I bought VOB2MPG PRO to save time. Anyone know what's wrong here?

Just an update to give a clearer overview of the tests I've now completed and the result:

    AUDIO LOSES SYNC
DVD > VOB2MPG PRO (default settings) > Super
DVD > VOB2MPG PRO (recalculate GOP) > Super

    AUDIO REMAINS IN SYNC
    DVD > VOBMerge > Super
DVD > VideoRedo Combine > Super
DVD > DVD Shrink (split VOB disabled) > Super
DVD > VOB2MPG PRO (default settings) > VideoReDo QuickStream Fix > Super

By "DVD" I mean the Wall Street R4 disc I previously ripped to HD in DVD Decrypter in file mode.

Don't ask me why I didn't consider just switching file splitting off in DVD Decrypter, thus cutting out the separate VOB merging step. Guess I'm a few fries shy of a Happy Meal. Still, would like to get my 6 pounds worth by finding out the reason for the audio sync problem
