And the winner was!!!!!! SUBTITLE EDIT v3.2.8
![]()
I put it on, and looked for my .idx's. It did not find them, I was depressed![]()
But then I realized i was lookin in wrong folder!!!
So I it went into OCR mode, I unchecked the guess the translation, and hit the start OCR.
And it was fast! Really fast, and about 99% accuracy. Really 100%, but it missed some of
the positioning fonts in the {} zone. And that is not a problem at all!!! Repositioning is easy in Aegisub.
It read and translated really quickly. I added words to the dictionary, like Yokoshima.
Just go slow as some of the italicized thing need correction, not just adding to Library.
All in all it went very very quickly, and with mininmal fixes. The timestamps were all dead spot
on!! Just had to adjust timings in Aegisub 2.1.9. Make sure to get this version of Aegisub cause
it has no errors in timing like old 2.1.8!!! Something in the h264 reading was old, and threw off sub timing.
GoodbyeVobsub, or whatever program i was using!! I will have 45 episodes done in no time!!!
Ha, I bought the VHS tapes, I bought the Laserdiscs, The DVD's were horribly encoded. End of story. And I bought the DVD's lol!! Gimme a break.
