    Hi, I want to know if it's possible to use Mkvmerge to split out a certain part of a video (from 09:54 to 09:55, to be exact). I could probably use video editing program for it, but the video is in 10-bit, so they won't be able to encode them correctly). Thanks

    Edit: Spelt "MkvMerge" wrong in the title, sorry.

    Only on i frames,look in the glossary or Google for more info.
