There is an flv parser (command line only) available here:

But you could just as well use Super or ffmpeg or VLC to recode to an avi and then split that.

I also tried to convert flash to avi and try to split it with avi splitter and the result was only sound no video. The avi wascorret but after splitting it the video was not visiable!! could you help me fix these problem either splitting flv or avi correctly with sound and video. Thanks

Use FLV Extract instead. FLV Extract will 'demux' the FLV into an AVI (video only) stream (note: you'll need the correct codecs to play the resulting AVI), and an MP3 audio stream.

If you have the correct video codecs installed (through ffdshow or otherwise), you can then mux the MP3 into the AVI, then edit or split the file.

Demuxing the audio and video streams (especially since they're already AVI-compliant) from the FLV and then remuxing them is slightly easier (well, in my opinion, anyway ) and less likely to fail than re-encoding the FLV to an AVI... and since YouTube videos are usually low-quality, anyway, it's better to risk having any more quality taken away by a re-encode/conversion (Plus, YouTube may re-encode the video as well, anyway, so that might make the quality twice as worse.)

Once you have the AVI and MP3, you can just add the MP3 to the AVI and edit as you normally would. Note: FLV Extract does require the Microsoft .NET 2.0 framework to be installed.

You might want to try VirtualDub to edit your AVI, regardless of whether or not you do end up using FLV Extract. VirtualDubMod (a VirtualDub variant) also makes working with audio streams a little easier, so you could easily add the MP3 to the AVI using that.

You can use Movica if you are doing just basic editing.
