Need help in order to record game

Guys

I have question in reference to record live mms link in to my hard drive. I am receiving mms link from private server to watch game now I want to record that live game in to my hard drive and watch it whenever I have time. I used VLC media player to record game but unfortunately VLC media player can’t record whole game it hang up after one hour game recording. I just want to ask u question that is it possible that administrator blocked that option so I can’t record game Is it possible? Do I have any other freebee software I can find and record game with removing encreption please let me know

Well maybe your IT department or boss installed a firewall?

Why don't you ask them if you can use company resources to watch videos from work

I haven't seen in my life a protected mms link!! You are kidding, indeed!! Gosh, there is not any protected mms link on the internet world!
They are using "auth" string to make it private!! if you input user & pass while connecting (in order to record) will does the trick!!

I used Net Trasport and able 3 1/2 hour recording but it didn't record untill end I don't know what happen Is that any other way I can put down timer and record start automatically if something happen

Yes for example if I want to record from 12:00 AM to 8:00AM without any inturption Can I do that?

In option of Net Transport, there is a Schedule tab, you can setup there!! and For recording longer, try to change "buffer values" in performance tab!!

you want to record from what site? rtmpdump & streamtransport are good softwares for recording adobe's streaming!!

Actully I want to record mms link and save as in flv format so I can play remotelly connected from my hard drive by usin Adobe Flash player or Do you know any other way I can stream mms link online and watch it live using any other supported player

After download, You should convert them to flv!! there is no software that can save as flv directly, mms protocol vids!!

ffmpeg is a command line program!! you should run it via a batch script or another ways!! Take a look on here's ffmpeg forum for instructions!!
