I have sony vegas movie studio, and am trying sony vegas pro--rendering file size for mpegs of same 640 X 360 and same 30 fps is double the size of movie studio. Any idea why, and how to fix?
Thanks
K

Change the video and audio bitrate to adjust the output file size. Probably under export settings and search for bit rate. You can calculate what bitrate to use with a bitrate calculator, https://www.videohelp.com/tools/sections/bitrate-calculators

The frame size and fps does not matter.

Thanks! I lowered the bit rate to 2mpbs, it worked fine without reducing quality on 640 x 360

 Thanks again,
 K
