    Hi

I recently converted a file from mov to wmv and although i set the video kbps to 1200 which it did the audio came out at 4000kbps when i looked at the file properties. I dont know if this is correct but it seems odd that the sound should be higher than the video as it was only set at 44hz.

The problem that i have is i can get this to stream for some reason and the sound kbps could be the issue but im unsure as im not aware if there is a limit on the kbps on files that are for streaming

Many thanks for looking sorry if the explanation is a bit odd but im new to this

Software used was flip 4 mac
although i have put it through premier pro and re encoded but the sound still comes out at a higher kbps

    thanks

    John h

Post the results of Mediainfo here so we can look at video and audio properties.

An uncompressed 16bit/48 KHz stereo pair is only 1536 Kbps.

24 bit will increase that 50%

96 KHz sampling will double uncompressed bit rate.
