Imgburn auto correct file system doesnt ever complete..

I am trying to get mkv files unto a blu ray disc. I have used muxed them for my PS3 and when I try to burn the file folders to Imgburn, I get stuck. I tried 2 different mkv files (BMVD & Certificate) and I get the same result. The loading bar will only go to either 61% (file size 13 gbs) or 39% (file size 9gb) depending on the file I am trying to burn. No errors or anything like that. I have searched high and low with no answer.

It's not a loading bar, it's a media usage % bar. The tooltip confirms that.

i think i know what is confusing him, the bar keeps flashing or blinking iirc? it might appear as if something is still loading...
