Why does ImgBurn only sometimes create an MDS file in addition to the ISO file it creates in "Build" mode?
When there is an MDS file, ImgBurn requests the MDS file be loaded in "Write" mode to burn a DVD. When there is only an ISO file, the ISO file has been sufficient, when loaded in "Write" mode, to burn a DVD.
Am I less likely to burn a DVD successfully without the accompanying MDS file?
Thanks for any enlightening info.

I believe the MDS has the layerbreak info, so is only needed for dual layer burns.
