Guys I love ripbot cuz it's easy and awesome and i use it alot

now my problem is this: when i want to Conver a DVD TO MKV

i tried 3 Different DVD's but the result is the same ,,, something like that:

there are these annoying lines in the video ,,

now let me explain: this is what i have installed right now:

    Fresh copy of windows ,,

I first install the latest AviSynth 2.6.0 Beta 3 Standard install

then i install ffdshow_rev3984_20110922_clsid and i check the AviSynth Script,, and AviSynth Plugin then Standard install

then i install MatroskaSplitter03032011 Standard installation

and i unpack the latest RIPBOT RipBot264v1.16.5 and use it offcourse i install JAVA

note that i have JetAudio and CyberLink PowerDVD 11 also installed

now i have ripped a DVD before and i didn't have this problem with RIPBOT but now 3 Different DVD's and it's the same

did this Happen to any1 and can it be solved ,,,

i really like Ripbot and want to use it for Ripping DVD's cuz of it's Cropping and Resizing Abilities

but if it's still not working what other software you would recommend for Ripping DVD's TO MKV

    thanks in Advance

Your dvd source is interlaced. Choose a deinterlacing option under Picture Properties.

Select decimate option "under Picture Properties" and Ripbot will automatically perform inverse Telecine wich will remove the scan lines from your video.
Murphy's law taught me everything I know.
