Intensity Shuttle help please..

Okay, so i bought a USB 3.0 Card that plugs into my Dell Studio Laptop.. I then bought the BlackMagic intensity, i installed all the drivers on the cd. Pluged everything in, and nothing showed up on my tv.. Also it says that there is no device when i go into "the blackmagic media express" I really don't know what to do from here. All i want to do is capture and this is giving me a ton of problems.

As far as I know, only limited desktops are found to work. Not a laptop.

The BM Shuttle is a product that should work fine with future computers.

The Shuttle works to USB 3 spec but few laptops do.

Just return it.
