    I got a MP4 file 1280/720 and instead of showing in AR 16:9, it's showing in 2.35.1 (853:360) from MPC HC...using mp4box.exe -add "P:\T1.mp4" -par 1=1:1 "P:\New.mp4" or mp4box.exe -add "P:\T1.mp4" -par 1=16:9 "P:\New.mp4" doesn't help and using MKVToolnix, VLC and SMPlayer would open correctly @ 16:9 but WMP and MPC-HC wouldn't (still showing in 2.35.1)

Jagabo, I tried Yamb and it let me changed the AR to 16:9, but still playing in wrong AR in all players. The only way to play it correctly was to manually use the AR feature in VLC and MPC-HC to set it to 16:9 rather than default, but this is not a good way, as I need to change the AR every time I wanna play this video.

    Anything else I can try?

    Thanks.

  5. You could try remuxing into MKV instead of MP4. I've never had any problems with AR flags in MKV headers.
