Pls help, havinga problem in adobe encore on the building process

on the building progress - building navigation - building system files(sorting) part an error message pops up

pls help. my movie is about 3 hrs more than 6 gb so im using dual layer dvd. as far as im concerned al settings are correct. cant fix the pro pls help

During the authoring you will need at least another 6GB of space available for Encore to work in. Do you have enough disk space free and in the right place ?

Are you an administrator on your machine ?

I have enough space and yes i am in the administrator acount.

in the right place? sorry i cant understand i am exporting directly to a dvd DL.

It still has to build the disc on your HDD first, before burning. Even if you tell it to burn to a DL at the end of the process, the whole structure has to be created on the hard drive first. If you don't have the space for the intermediate working files, or the finished structure, you won't get a disc.

I never had any problems with Encore and I have been using Encore for some time now. I am not sure if you wish to try Reinstalling Encore.

I am having this problem now when creating a DVD, not BD.

I have initially authored a disc and exported as Blu-Ray - worked perfectly.

Now I want to create a DL DVD of the same project, so I went to project settings, changed everything to DVD, and clicked on "build". Encore transcoded all the media again as expected, but when trying to create the navigation stuff, the message

"access denied"

pops up and windows says it has crashed.

Please, has anyone figured out any possible way to clear this out ?
