Problems while viewing clip in a TV, playing in streamer and receiver

Hi,

I have S1 Duo streamer, connected to Onkyo 608, connected to Panasonic 50X20 TV.

I have prepared a clip in Premiere, and I am trying to play it in my streamer.
Unfortunately, the titles are not fully appear on my TV.
While playing the clip on my PC (connected to Dell monitor), the movie (and the titles) can seen perfectly.

I've tried to adjust the TV ratio (16:9 / 4:3), but the affect is minor.

What is the problem?
Is that related to the clip creation?
Is that related to the streamer configuration?
Is that related to the receiver configuration?
Is that related to the TV configuration?
