very bright

Hey

wend i capture video from my vcr it is very bright, like the colors are all fucked up?? I have a geforce 3 ti 200 and i am useing asus video capture drivers 3.8.2.7 (vfw).

What to do??? New drivers or what??

I just got the same card and had the same problem when I tried
it out last night. Have you figured out a solution? It looks to me
like the video signal is too strong -- reminds me of when I tried
a signal booster when dubbing from VCR to VCR back in the
early 90s. If I had the signal strength up too much the
resuling recording looked too bright and parts of the picture
(where there were white or light colors) were washed out.
Very similar looking thing happening here.
