    I am trying to decide which one of these to buy. I do not care at all about the 3d feature on the Panasonic and I doubt I use the projector feature frequently on the Sony. I am really just trying to find the best camcorder I can get for less than $500.

    Also, I have a 720p/1080i panasonic television. Will I have any difficulty playing video from either of these 1080p camcorders directly to the television?
