    Before I left....BB had HIGH shelves(with overstock above) packed with a very nice variety of products, double faced MAX.....now they have 2 foot shelving with little selection with 4 facings of that tiny selection. What a complete waste.

    They seem to have moved to sale of high end items for maximum profit. It's like dealing with used car salesmen.

    Best Buy is where I like to ask kids dumbass questions and then see how they answer. I'm rarely disappointed. I rather enjoy asking them to compare two products. While it's clear they have NO IDEA about either product, they still force themselves to make up incredibly stupid answers.

    I only do that when they approach me to "help" me shop for what I need (why I went).

    My favorite Best Buy story is when i asked the clerk if they had any VHS decks with s-video and he replied with a quizzical look "S-video?"

    I used to work at RadioShack. One day, a customer asked me a queston about an item. I replied "I don't know. Let's go see." He replied that he appreciated the honest answer. Later on in the sales game, I found this to be valuable feedback. Like Judge Judy, people can smell a phony a mile away.
