    I just reinstalled my desktop with Windows 7. When I reinstalled nandub to cut .avi files the seeking is extremely slow. Every time I move the seek bar it takes 10-15 to respond back with an image. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Installed the xvid codec and everything is working now. Seeking it working at normal speed.
