I´ve searched for a long time
for a converter/encoder that are using nandub to demux the video and audio togheter
but I have never found it.
I have seen in many codes of movies and tvrips that the writing application is nandub,
    for an exempel:

    Code:
    Format : AVI
    Format/Info : Audio Video Interleave
    File size : 700 MiB
    Duration : 1h 33mn
    Overall bit rate : 1 048 Kbps
    Writing application : Nandub v1.0rc2
Writing library : Nandub build 1852/release

Nandub is really old. That's what people were using almost 10 years ago to do Divx encodes. The last update was in 2001. I wouldn't worry about it. If you don't want to pay for the commercial Divx codec then you can try using AutoGK with Xvid. Nandub was designed to get around problems with the ancient original Divx codec that haven't existed in maybe 7 or 8 years now. Nobody should use it now. It's actually inferior to both AutoGK with Xvid and the commercial Divx codec.

Ye I´ve reading many things about nandub but i use it as a muxer to mux video and audio togheter (Never using divx).
What im looking for is a program that are using it because im tired of using staxrip, avidemux , GK and other programs.
It seems to mee that the most tvrippers and dvdrippers are using a program that uses nandub to mux but i can´t find it.
Another reason is that allmost all nandub muxed movies have a bitrate of 128kbps vbr mp3 and in staxrip you allwas get a random bitrate from 105-165 kbps.

They aren't. That's just something written in the header and doesn't have to have any relation to what was really used. AutoGK and Gordian Knot, for example, are both using Virtual Dub Mod. And both programs allow you to choose the audio bitrate.

ut do you think that they are using Gk then?
Quite tired of using StaxRip & GK, do you know any other programs or methods to rip?

I have no idea what they use. If they're any good they're doing it manually, feeding AviSynth scripts into VDub.

AviSynth, VDub, BeSweet. Those are about all I use, but there are probably lots of other all-in-one programs.
