Anyone know how to convert mono to stero sound in Avisynth?

It would be nice if it is possible to use the same function on a stereo video, and have it remain in stereo.

I can only find Stereo to mono

Thanks for any help in advance

Ok, seem to have found the answer myself
The command MergeChannels can do it.
Just in case anyone else wanted the answer

IIRC, what you'll be doing will be making MONO-->DUALMONO, NOT MONO-->STEREO.

Stereo includes elements in the mix panned in differing levels across the spread between 2 channels. To do this even half-way correctly ALWAYS requires loading the mono file into a multitrack audio editor and using different segments/frequency bands of (copies of) it and separately panning each. There are obviously more things that can be done, but that is the minimum. If you haven't done that, you're not really doing Mono-->Stereo. It's just not a 1-click process, it's really another form of re-mixing.
If you had a recipe for soup, how would you change the ingredients after it had already been stirred?
