VirtualDub Sync Issue

So. i download a raw mp4 file from youtube, and the audio is perfectly synced in vlc/media player

Here is the file info in gspot



When i put the mp4 into VDub Using the "DirectShowSouce" AVS file script It makes it out of sync by a second when i preview it, and when i save as avi to xvid?
