    Does anyone know how to change frame rate from 30.303 fps to 23.976 fps without it being lagging.

    What can I download? give me a simple tutorial too please

    Please give more information about your video source. Like avi,mp4,mkv,dvd and what video codecs. Use mediainfo.
    Why do you need to change the frame rate?

    Sorry about that is mkv (H264), I need to change frame rate because I got a video that have dub audio and I want to add the audio to the sub video but the frame rate is different.

  4. Try muxing the video and audio with MMG -- set the frame rate of the video to 23.976. But it's not likely the difference in the audio length is as great as the difference between 30.303 and 23.976 fps.
