Hi. I've just discovered this tool, a great splitter/joiner.
In the preview screen are two checkboxes: 'snap to frame times' and 'snap window position'. Can someone please explain to me what this means exactly and whether I should have these boxes checked or unchecked?
While I'm here, is anyone aware of a wmv editor that has a volume adjustment feature similar to avidemux and virtualdub? I know about Windows Media Encoder - I tried it once (unnecessarily complex I thought) but it seems my soundcard wasn't compatible.
Regards

I would guess that snap window position is just the preview window position.
And maybe windows movie maker can adjust audio levels in wmv. It will though reconvert the video. Or else could you demux the audio(Windows Media Stream Editor), adjust it and mux back(Windows Media Stream Editor). -
Thanks for that Baldrick.
