    Can anyone recommend a free software that can synchronize a subtitle by loading an already synchronized subtitle (for example in a different language)?

    Subtitle Workshop has this function.
    "Edit/Timings/Read timings from file" and choose the synced sub.

    Read its manual for details of this and other features.

    I need a software that allows manually to synchronize the timings and not just read them blindly from a file in case the number of the lines is different.
