How do I replace original chapters in m2v stream?

Here's the process that I use:

1. Demux the streams of a DVD with SmartRipper.
2. ReMPEG the video stream.
3. Remux and build DVD with Impression Pro.

Here's my problem:

1. How do I put the original chapters back into the video stream before I remux it?
2. The menu isn't too critical since I'm not keeping the extras but would be nice. I do need a way to navigate throught the DVD other than ff/rw.
