I have tried producing my .MOV file to multiple file formats including .flv and .m4v (mpeg4) and neither produce good quality.

I'd like to use either of these file formats to host in my Amazon s3 account and stream from there... The main reason I'd like to use these two file types is because EZs3.com has a variety of video skins that can be used for these file types.

I see other videos around the web that people make all the time that look great with great quality and are using a cool video skin.

So the question that I am leading up to here is; how do I produce a .mov file into something, anything that will have great looking quality?

What is the right video production editor or more inexpensively, what file converter should I use?

The other videos didn't use an .MOV file as the source?

Yeah.. I know a couple of guys that use a Kodak Zi8 to shoot their videos and they come out nice quality. I'm gonna ask them what they use yet now that I think about it, I know they use Macs I-Movie a lot...

    I'm gonna ask them...

Oh, it's the Kodak Zi8 that produces the .mov file.
