  1. I want to watch my downloaded movie on my television instead on my computer monitor. I heard that I can use video cards to do this. Can anyone recommend one? I prefer to use one with video and audio output.
Also, besides using video cards, are there other ways of doing it?

    Thx for your help.

    Hey!

A lot of the Geforce cards have TV IN/OUT and Gf2mx can be bought for a decent price with tv out. I have an old 8mb i740 that out puts to tv just fine. although as far as i know these can only output the video, simply use a jack to rc cable from your soundcard to your av on your tv for sound.

There are also products available to convert your normal VGA monitor connection into A/v input for a television I believe.

Also, if you have a dvd player hooked up to your tv that supported VCDs you could always burn the movie files to vcd.

There is some more info on this site: http://www.vcdhelp.com/plaympg.htm#tv

    Cheers
