Hi, I'm new here but I know much about premiere / after effects and video files, and I'm trying to voice-over some videos while maintaining their original sounds / music but just want to remove the voice, I think it's possible with some audio editor program but I never used one.
p.s is there any simple method to record voice as you play the video , just like like "mixer" option in adobe premiere ?
I tried this Movie Morpher software :
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/Video/Video-Editors/AV-Movie-Morpher-Gold.shtml
but I think children developed it.
I'm begging for your help. Thanks![]()

Unless the audio is 5.1 or some form of surround sound where the voices are on a separate channel, not so easy to remove them without removing a fair amount of the other sounds or music. Voices are usually in about the same frequency range.
You should be able to use a audio editor to add the voice over and just lower the rest of the audio tracks level. Easy enough to do with the freeware audio editor Audacity. You might also try a filter tuned to just the voices if you like, but the results may not be that good. Experiment a little.
And welcome to our forums. -
Yes, you can record audio during playback: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/help/faq?s=recording&i=multi-track But you normally extract the audio from the video file. Audacity is only a audio editor.
