    recent rip , i tried encoding the vob right to tmpgenc and they all worked bar 1, which displayed illegal format error , so had to go through dvd2avi first , can any one tell me why tmpgenc accepted the other 4 vobs without compaining? it beats the hell out of me.

    somebody must of encountered this before and possibly know the answer, is there some way to configure tmpgenc to accept all vobs?????

    I am not sure but I am certain that tmpgenc wont accept allvobs but i dont know the explanation.

    That is why you have to use DVD2AVI to framserves
