    Hi i was wondering if there is a way to save your avi's in old 1.0 format in megui or any other program besides virtualdubmod. The reason is avi's that are not in 1.0 format seem to stutter on xbox 360 and when there saved in 1.0 format they are perfect. Virtualdubmod has a problem with avi's over 2gb it always tries to rebuild the avi.. Any help would be great thanks

  2. AVI 1.0 has a file size limit of 4GB. But many applications have problems over 2 GB because they use a signed integer rather than an unsigned integer for the file size. VirtualDub can save as AVI 1.0 (File ->Save Old Format AVI). AVI Demux will use 1.0 if you keep your files under 4 GB.

    Yeah but virtual dub dont support ac3 audio

    Yes it does. Maybe you need AC3ACM. Note that I added information about AviDemux to my last post.
