I've always avoided the extract gui (it has had it's problems)and instead have been using MKVcleaver instead. Lately I've gone back to the new version of MKVExtractGui2 (2.2.2.5). For small MKVs 1or 2gb it works fine for me me but for full sized movies 20gb or more selecting the select all tab checks all the items in the MKV but it only de-muxes the last item and reports DONE.
Am I missing something??

Are you using it with latest mkvtoolnix / mkvextract?
Does it work with mkvcleaver? -
Yes I am. Downloaded the newest Gui which was only a week or so newer than the one I was using a few days ago. Same problem with both. MKVToolnix is version 4.6. MKVcleaver works just fine. It always has. The strange part is the gui works okay with smaller MKVs. In both cases the larger and smaller MKVs were H264 1920x1080 files with a 23.976 frame rate.
It's not like it's a big problem since Cleaver works. I did a search and couldn't find anyone with the the same problem on this site so I thought I would ask.

Have you reported the problem at http://sourceforge.net/projects/mkvextractgui-2/?
